Rates

• Each Cabin can comfortably accommodate 6 adults with a maximum of 8 individuals
• Rates start at $85.00 per night for a couple using the downstairs only.
• There will be an additional $20.00 per person per night thereafter.
• Holiday rates are slightly higher.
• Taxes are not included, room tax is 11.25% currently.
• No pets permitted on the property! NO EXCEPTIONS!

• Visa and Mastercard accepted

• Reservation and Cancellation Policy

  • Early reservations are recommended. Either a credit card guarantee or a 50% deposit is required.
  • Cancellations require two weeks notice, or there will be a one night charge. Special rules & cancellation policy on multiple cabin rentals.
  • 10% credit card cancellation fee
  • Summer policy requires a two night minimum for weekend cabin stays.

• Check-In/Check-Out Times

  • Check-In 3:00 p.m. (Utah Time)
  • Check-Out 11:00 a.m. (Utah Time)

• NOTICE:

  • We prohibit the use of our facility by unpaid, unregistered guests. Use includes, but is not limited to, showers, cooking, access to cabin amenities, "hanging out", visiting etc. A $20 per person, per day fee will be automatically charged for violation of this policy. NO EXCEPTIONS.
